Light, bright and lively on the nose with a fresh perfume of white flowers and lemon, the 2010 Garganega has enough body to make it perfect with food while retaining a crisp, fresh quality which means it is lovely on its own. It is fine and minerally on the palate, it has a lifted, citrus zest on the finish.
Good depth of ruby colour with a more aromatic nose than previous vintages. The intense, dried cherry perfume is spicy and lifted by a cinnamon and nutmeg note. On the palate, it is structured and savoury, with lovely textured tannins, plenty of concentrated cherry and plum fruit and the characteristic bitter cherry twist of top wines from this region.
Charry oak, perfectly married with vibrant red fruits When you first taste this wine you are struck by its strength and liveliness, then after a while it develops and the harmony between the tannins and acidity integrates with the mature fruit giving it a touch of roundness. The perfume is characterised by red fruit notes and berry jam, with a light vanilla note. The taste is dry, velvet like, well bodied and well-balanced.
