The 2009 is intense ruby red in colour, with aromas of cherries and blackberries on the nose. The palate is full in body and well-structured, with flavours of blackberry, blueberry, spice and vanilla alongside the ripe tannins and fresh, balancing acidity.

There is a good depth of fruit on the nose an attractive mix of flavours. The fruit on the palate is sweet further enriched by ripe rounded tannins then red fruits show towards the back their freshness balancing the sweetness of flavour.

Marked intense red colour. Aromas of morello cherries and spices. Balanced tannins are perceived in the mouth as a result of 3-month ageing in French oak casks. Velvety, well structured, refined and up-to-date.
