There is a lovely richness to the nose of sweet ripe cassis and black cherry. The black fruit theme continues on the palate with layers of flavour giving complexity. The fruits is underpinned by firm but rounded tannins which give the wine good structure.

The wine is almost opaque and the nose shows spicy characters with black fruits, associated with integrated new French oak. The Lapa Cabernet Sauvignon shows great integration between the oak and black fruit. Toasted and lead pencil characters with great structure, complexity and length complete the wine. Fermentation took place in open top fermentors and was followed by a maceration period of 14 days after primary fermentation. The wine was matured in first fill French oak for 18 months.

Deep-ruby red. Ripe plums, cassis, chocolate and tobacco, accompanied with notes of vanilla on the nose. Elegant, full-bodied with mature tannins, which make the wine complex and pleasant.

Very fresh, the evolution of the wine introduces flavours of mint reflecting the specific terroir of Glenelly. Deep and perfectly balanced, the wine has an exquisite structure with velvety tannins and a very good aging capability.

A smooth and silky Cabernet Sauvignon, with young, firm tannins. Packed with fresh ripe cherries, blackberries and with notes of cedar wood the wine is deeply concentrated with a good aging potential.
